All orders are subject to due diligence checks and completed N2O Application Form and all other supporting documents.

3 Easy Steps to Placing an Order
  1. Register – To place an order with us, please register on our website www.cloverleafdistribution.com
  2. Account Approval – Once the KYC checks are done and your account has been approved you will receive a confirmation email that your account is now active.
  3. Place an Order – You can now successfully place an order on our website.
Dispatch and Delivery of Goods

Once you have placed an order with us and we have received your payment for the full amount the goods are then dispatched to the supplied delivery address.

Delivery usually takes 48 business hours for normal goods and up to 72 business hours for HAZ Goods.

Change in Delivery Address

If you would like to change the delivery address, it can be possible before 12 PM on the day we receive the payment

OR

If the order has already been dispatched and you want to change the address, it can be changed for an additional shipping cost of the reroute of your order. The cost of the reroute will be shared on-demand and it may delay the delivery to the next day.

Is there an option for Express Delivery?

Express Delivery can be arranged subject to availability and the delivery address.
(!) There would be an additional delivery fee of EUR100.

Cancellation and Refund

You can only cancel your order before the order has been dispatched within 48 hours of the delivery date. A full refund will be made less 15% deposit paid on the full cost of the order.

Want to add more to the existing order?

The payment for the additional order should be first cleared before 12 PM on the despatch day to ensure the additional products are added to the original order.
